Saco-cartoon IV

Assim que passa o Natal, fico sempre que o Inverno acabou. Embora tenha apenas começado. Não sei se associo as festividades ao Inverno ou se o aumento das horas de luz provoca esta sensação de que dias mais longos e mais soalheiros virão.

Com esta sensação, vem também as lembranças da Primavera e do Verão. Dos dias de sol e descomprometidos. E que mais? Os tote bags. Andar pela cidade ou ir um dia à praia com os nossos tote bags. Adoro estes sacos para andar levezinha a passear. E, na praia, adoro este tipo de sacos. Não gosto de nenhum outro. 

Há tempos, uma amiga doou ao Écostura um pijama da Rua Sésamo. Não, desta vez não foi o amigo das t-shirts. Desta vez o cartoon vem de outra fonte. Como devem calcular, não hesitei em fazer um tote bag com a parte da frente da camisola do pijama. E mostro-vos o resultado final hoje. Foi feito com pedaços de umas calças de ganga e, como disse, a parte da frente da camisola de um pijama. Desta vez, cosi os cartoons de forma diferente, e com linha colorida, para dar uma outra graça. Este saco não tem forro. É simples e prático. Depois, foi só adicionar as alças, de pressinta que ainda tinha em casa. Acho que o saco ficou muito giro, e adoro que os cartoons da Rua Sésamo estejam apenas ligeiramente pintados, como se a tinta já tivesse sido um bocado apagada com o tempo.

Every time Christmas is over, I feel that winter is also over. Although it has just started. I don't know if I associate festivities with winter, or if the increasing of day light makes me feel that longer days and days with more sun are coming.

This feeling brings memories of spring and summer to my mind. Of the sunny and easy days. And what else? Of tote bags. Walking around the city or going to the beach with our tote bags. I love these bags to walk light around the city. And for the beach, these are the bags I love the most. I don't use any other one.

Some time ago, a friend donated a Sesame Street pajama to Écostura. No, this time it wasn't the friend with the funny t-shirts. This time, the cartoon comes from a different source. As you can imagine, I didn't hesitate in making a tote bag with the front part of the pajama top. And I am showing you the final result today. It was made with pieces of blue jeans and, as I said, the front part of a pajama top. This time, I sewed the cartoons differently, and with colorful thread, to make a different highlight. This bag doesn't have inside fabric. It's simple and practical. Afterwards, I just added the handles, with material I had at home. I think the bag is really cute and I love the fact that the cartoons are just slightly painted, as if the paint was already erased a bit, with time.
