Primeira encomenda

Este Verão, tive a minha primeira encomenda. Uma amiga gostou tanto da mala roxa que pediu que lhe fizesse uma no mesmo modelo. Providenciou as calças e eu tratei do resto. 

O tecido das calças é muito macio e tem uma cor laranja muito gira. A dona da mala escolheu um forro cinzento com um padrão bonito que combinada muitíssimo bem com a cor das calças. As alças são, mais uma vez, de cabedal. A próxima mala terá, prometo, alças "vegan", não terá qualquer cabedal. Esta mala, tal como a roxa, tem ainda um bolso interno. Na minha opinião, dá sempre jeito ter este bolso para não ter de andar à procura do telemóvel nas profundezas da mala. 

Depois de ter colocado o fecho, gostei tanto do resultado final que achei que valia a pena colocar algumas fotos aqui no blog. Esperem até verem o que consegui fazer com o resto de tecido que sobrou destas calças laranjas. Fica para o próximo post. Até para a semana!

This Summer, I received my first order. A friend of mine liked the purple bag so much that she asked me to make another one for her. She provided the jeans and I took care of the rest.

The jeans were very soft and orange color was super cute. The new owner of the bag chose a grey textile for the inside part, with a pattern that goes very well with the color of the jeans. The handles are, once again, leather. The next bag will have, I promise, "vegan" handles. It won't have any leather. This bag, just like the purple one, has an inside pocket. I find this detail very handy, since I don't like to search for my cellphone lost in the deep of the bag.

After sewing the zipper, I like the result so much that I thought it was worth it to put some photos here on the blog. Wait until you see what I was able to make with the leftovers of these orange jeans. I'll post it next time. See you next week!
