O post de hoje é curto. Porque o objecto em causa também é pequeno .É sobre os restos de tecido que temos em casa ou que as lojas de tecidos vendem. Entre cortes, sobra sempre pano. A loja onde compro os tecidos que preciso tem sempre uma secção com restos. Por isso, quando vi o tecido que vos vou mostrar, não resisti e trouxe para casa. Era um pedaço muito pequeno, mas era suficiente para fazer algo pequeno, como um porta-moedas.

A carteira que utilizo diariamente não foi comprada em loja. Foi a minha avó que fez. E é pequena. Tão pequena que as moedas costumam perder-se entre os cartões. Quando preciso de moedas, tenho de sacudir a bolsa várias vezes e fico sempre sem saber quanto dinheiro levo comigo. Conclusão, decidi fazer este porta-moedas. Prático, cabe em qualquer bolso e não ocupa espaço nenhum na mala. 

Por isso, não deitem fora tecido. Mesmo que não queiram comprar os restos que as lojas têm à venda, podem aproveitar os restos que têm em casa para fazer itens úteis.  Qualquer pedaço pode fazer a diferença. Inspirem-se!

Today's post is short. Because the object is also small. It's about fabric leftovers that we have at home or that stores sell. Between cuts, there's always some fabric left. The store where I shop for textiles has a section where they keep small pieces of fabric. So, when I saw the fabric I am going to show you here, I couldn't resist and brought it home. It was small, but it was enough to make something of a small size, like a purse only for coins.

The purse that I use daily was not bought in a shop. My grandmother made it for me. And it's small. So small that the coins usually get lost between the cards and papers. When I need coins, I have to shake the purse several times and, in the end, I never know the amount of money I carry with me in coins. Therefore, I decided to make this coin holder. Practical, it fits in every pocket and doesn't occupy much space inside the handbag.

In conclusion, don't throw away fabric. If you don't want to buy the leftovers in stores, you can always find small pieces of fabric at home to make small things as a coin holder. Every piece can make a difference. Get inspired!
